MIRR - Integrated Map of Waste Registration

With the start of a new year, it is important to remember that the completion of the Integrated Map Waste Registration (MIRR) is required until March 31.

In accordance with article 48 of Decree-Law no. 178/2006, it has an obligation to report:

• persons responsible for businesses employing more than 10 workers and producing non-urban waste;
• persons responsible for establishments producing hazardous waste;
• persons who carry out the treatment of waste on a professional basis;
• persons collecting or transporting waste on a professional;
• operators in the waste market, namely as brokers or dealers.

Finally, we inform that for the submission of the MIRR to be possible it is necessary to regularize the annual registration fee in the SIRER.
